That's a Wrap!






No no not the food! The month of January is done with for the first month of 2012! I'm proud of myself too for all the hard work I've put in for this year thus far.

Workout/Physical Activity = 8 hours
Snow removal = 1 hour
Total January 2012 workout time = 9 hours

However I need to do better for the next month of February, and you know what? I know I can do it!

I want to do much more weight training too. I pretty much have the cardio mastered! Need to work on that LOWER half. :)

Very cool & cool price

About 7$ Walmart .... and I love it already. Way better than my notebooks with the days written in it. This shows it all and it's harder to tear out a page or scratch off a day. It's all right there. I went to my blog www.fitnewenglandchick.blogspot.com and copied my workouts for Jan into the book. I'm doing pretty good. :) I'm pressing myself. Ooo hoooo!

No Way!!!!

I just did 50 pushups on my knees! I've never been able to do more than 28-30! Rock on! Man did my arms burn and they still are! I did short good but quick reps.

I wish I could get this awful pain out of my shoulders that's causing my back to hurt. My massage last Thursday didn't help at all. :(

Working it in 2012 - Update

Im proud to say that I have been working very hard. I could be doing more but I'm doing great! I've been using myfitnesspal app, and I still love it. It is really awesome on the iPad. It really shows you where you are in every area, along with logging your foods in easily. I don't obsess over what I eat but it keeps me eating and balanced instead of my skipping meals or over indulging. :) I'm at 144.8 pounds but the scale fluctuates as we all do. Not sweating that just working on sweating myself. I can't wait for the new week to get going strong again and with a more concrete workout PLAN! Hugs & Fitness Heather
